    Jump Start classes are one of the signature Parisi speed school curriculums.

    They feature the most up-to-date research to build a young athlete’s physical foundation, improve their coordination, and boost self-esteem.

    The Parisi signature speed and strength training mechanics are taught within a fun and friendly environment to ensure the young athlete is engaged and motivated to give 100%.

    The Jump Start program has been proven to enhance:

    • Coordination

    • Running Technique

    • Body Weight Strength

    • First Step Quickness

    • Mobility

    • Injury prevention

    • Weight Loss

    • Self Confidence

  • Total Performance

    The Parisi Total Sports Performance Program utilizes the most up-to-date research to safely improve an athlete’s overall speed and sports performance. Total Performance builds upon the skills and foundation started in Jump Start. At this level, programming is broken down into an individual focus/session:

    • Linear speed and deceleration.

    • Acceleration and deceleration.

    • Multidirectional speed and deceleration.

    • Strength.

    This program builds on an athlete’s physical foundation and refines their skills in order for them to maximize their strength, aerobic and/or sport-specific training.
